Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients

20 quart box instant dry mix (the big one at sam's)

Largest jug of coffee creamer at sams

2/3 of the large nestle chocolate milk at sams

4 cups powder sugar

1 or 2 of jugs regular malt usually at Albertsons

Directions:

Mix all together in two kitchen garbage bags inside of each other.

1/2 cup of mix with 1 cup warm milk.

Sister Benson’s Egg Nog

2 egg substitutes

1 15 oz condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla

¼ tsp salt

1 quart milk (any kind)

½ pint heavy cream

little nutmeg

Whip first four ingredients. Gradually beat in milk. Whip cream and fold into mixture (you want it a little lumpy.) Sprinkle with nutmeg.

*Sister Benson was a seminary teacher in New York for Rachel, Scott, and Aaron. She made breakfast on Fridays and during the holidays she made this amazing egg nog.
