Corn Chowder

Ingredients:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 Tbs butter
1 potato, chopped
1 cup water
1 cup milk
1 heaping Tbs flour
1/2 cup corn
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper

Directions:
Saute onion in butter in sauce pan until tender and clear. Add potatos and water. Simmer 20 min or until potatos are tender. Gradually stir milk into flour. Stir flour mixture, corn, salt, and pepper into potatoes. Bring soup to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
