Sister Benson’s Egg Nog


2 egg substitutes
1 15 oz condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp salt
1 quart milk (any kind)
½ pint heavy cream
little nutmeg

Whip first four ingredients. Gradually beat in milk. Whip cream and fold into mixture (you want it a little lumpy.) Sprinkle with nutmeg.

*Sister Benson was a seminary teacher in New York for Rachel, Scott, and Aaron. She made breakfast on Fridays and during the holidays she made this amazing egg nog.
