Cioppino

Ingredients:
1 Jar Cioppino Sauce
Whatever sort of seafood you'd like, for example:
crab
clams
shrimp
oyster
scallops
squid
mussels
fish

Directions:
Cook all seafood in the shell (if it has one) and in the red Cioppino sauce. Best when served with sourdough bread.

*This is a Jadwin family favorite. Fresh seafood is easily accessible in the northwest and Cioppino proves to be a great way to eat it. Be prepared with lots of bibs, wet napkins, towels, and nut/lobster crackers to fully enjoy this meal. To read on the history of Cioppino itself, go to this link.
